NEW YORK (AP) -- Shares of agricultural chemical companies were mixed in Tuesday morning trading, following news that UBS AG and Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. are working to raise cash.
The news lifted the broader market, as the announcements by both banks offered hope that financial services companies are trying to boost their capital bases.
